RES:Update on the Stargate Finance (STG) Contract Swap_ReFork

BitfinexhadpreviouslyannounceditssupportfortheStargateFinance(STG)contractswap,whichhadbeenexpectedtotakeplaceon15/03/2023,andit?accordinglysuspendedSTGtokendepositsandwithdrawals,on13/03/2023.

Subsequenttoitsoriginalannouncementhowever,StargateFoundationputforwardanewproposaltounwindanyre-issuanceofSTG,whichafteravotewaspassedunanimously,andtheproposalwasapproved.

Asaconsequence,theSTGcontractwiththiscontractaddressontheEthereumnetworkremainsunchanged.

DepositsandwithdrawalsofSTGwillresumeon14/03/2023atapproximately3:30PMUTC.WewouldliketoremindourcustomersthatthereareSTGtokenswithdifferentcontractaddressesincirculation;therefore,pleasedon'tsendanySTGtokenstoourplatformotherthantheonewiththeabovecontractaddresstoavoidlosingfunds.
