MacroStrategy首次出售704枚BTC以获得税收优惠:金色财经报道，据MicroStrategy提交SEC的文件，披露了其增持2500枚BTC的详情：

1. 在2022年11月1日至2022年12月21日期间，MicroStrategy通过其全资子公司MacroStrategy LLC（“MacroStrategy”）以约4280万美元的现金收购了约2395枚比特币，平均价格为每枚比特币约17871美元。

2. 2022年12月22日，MacroStrategy以约1180万美元的现金收益售出约704枚比特币，扣除费用和支出后，平均价格约为每枚比特币16776美元。MicroStrategy计划将本次交易产生的资本损失与之前的资本收益进行结转，但前提是根据现行联邦所得税法，此类结转可产生税收优惠。

3. 2022年12月24日，MacroStrategy以约1360万美元的现金收购了约810枚比特币，平均价格约为每枚比特币16845美元。

MacroStrategy通过两次购入，一次出售BTC，总计约增持2500枚BTC。
