现场 | 2001年诺贝尔经济学奖得主Michael Spence：好的金融是金融体系与实体经济一起发展:金色财经现场报道，9月24日上午，由上海市政府指导、支付宝和蚂蚁集团主办的全球高级别金融科技大会“外滩大会”在上海开幕。2001年诺贝尔经济学奖得主、罗汉堂学术委员会委员Michael Spence现场分享称，好的金融是指金融体系与实体经济一起发展。金融体系有至关重要的三大目标。一是提供安全、透明、多样的储蓄渠道。二是建立一套制度、法律和法规，以便储蓄流向生产性投资。储蓄和生产性投资的分离是现代经济的显著标志，金融体系最重要的功能就是实现这种分离并确保有渠道将储蓄引入生产性投资。三是允许人们通过多样化投资组合利样用保险系统、资产管理交易等渠道达到分担风险、降低风险的目的。

时至今日，抵押品对信贷来说仍然是一大障碍。基于行为的信用评级系统极大地促进普惠金融的发展，将带来革命性的变化，因为信息代替了抵押品，或者说信息就是新的抵押品。这真是一项伟大的突破。[2020/9/24]
