II.SpecialClauses1.Theusercommitsandconfirmsthathe/shehascarefullyreadtheUserAgreementofthiswebsite/platform,andiswillingtobeboundbytheUserAgreement.

2.Wehavetherighttosuspendorterminatetheproductinadvanceif:(1)Productterminationisrequiredbyregulatoryauthoritiesorbylawsandregulations;(2)WeareunabletocontinuetoperformtheProductAgreementduetoforcemajeureand/oraccidents;or(3)Thereareothercircumstancesinwhichwedeemitnecessarytoterminatetheproductinlightofmarketconditions.

3.Ifweterminatetheproductinadvance,wewilltransfertheuser’sduerevenuetotheuser’saccountwithintwodays.

4.OnlyusersinsomemarketswhomeettheKYCrequirementsoftheplatformcansubscribetheproducts.

5.ThisAgreementonCurrencyDepositandEarningProductsisanimportantpartoftheUserAgreementoftheplatform.MattersnotagreedhereinshallbegovernedbytheUserAgreement.
